1970 International Loadstar Prime Mover

Heritage Truck Show

An Australian Heavy Vehicle Industry Week event

The Loadstar was purchased new as a prime mover by the Victorian State Electricity Commission carting lamp posts from Webb Dock to the Electricity Commission yard at Port Melbourne.

Years of working around the waterfront saw the rust slowly eat her away and each owner had attempted their own cut and bog repairs.

A restoration started, which took 18 months and included cutting the roof off, cutting all the sills off and the bottom of the doors were cut off and replaced. The restoration was completed in January 2018.
